Gökmetal Steel Industry and Trade Inc. began its operations in the steel sector at the Perşembe market in 1984 and was founded in 2006 by Gökhan Demiruz. Combining experience with resources and teamwork, it has become one of Turkey’s foremost steel service centers.
Since its foundation, Gökmetal has continued to work with determination, drawing its strength from steel, and aims to always provide the best service to its customers. At its three production facilities located in Gebze and Karadeniz Ereğli, it offers steel service center services with 5 roll slitting-packaging lines and 5 roll cutting-packaging lines that meet international standards.
As a steel service center, Gökmetal processes and offers various types of flat steel, including hot rolled coil(HR), hot rolled pickled and oiled coil (HRPO), colled rolled coil (CR), hot dipped galvanized coil (HDG), prepainted galvanized coil (PPGI) and pressure-resistant special flat steels.
Considering that high-quality products are produced from high quality raw materials, Gökmetal sources its flat steel from global steel producers operating in Turkey and various countries worldwide, subjecting them to quality control processes and performing all mechanical and chemical tests in its own premises.
Our company, which prepares products in the requested dimensions, coatings, and qualities for end-users at its steel service center production lines, is very meticulous about delivering within the promised deadline.
Focused on the “Zero Scrap” goal and providing products to end users accordingly, our company has quickly gained recognition in the steel industry due to its emphasis on quality, sustainability, and reliable service, and has never deviated from these principles.
